News Report 021608 Lee County PALS was awarded a $1,500 grant from neighboring Macon County PALS. In order to receive the funds, Lee County PALS agreed to pick up three areas in need of cleaning. The first clean-up was Feb. 16, 2008 (click here to read more about it) and second clean-up is scheduled Mar. 15, 2008 from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm CDT. If weather does not allow for this clean-up, our rain date will be Mar. 29, 2008. If you are interested in volunteering, we will meet at the intersection of Hwy 29 and County Rd. 89 (click here for map). The two additional locations are near Notasulga (click here for Map 1 or Map 2).
